Episode 019 - Marketing March Part 3

This episode is for those people who…

  • Want to feel solid in knowing how to get people to attend your events
  • Want to hear the best ways to attract people to your events
  • Want to see results in their marketing efforts quickly and easily

It starts with you and the perceived value that your audience will receive from your events. People have so little time and so many alternatives, what value add are you offering?

Remember that you are competing with a lot of people online now who may be offering similar advice that you are for little to no charge. So, factor this is when you’re creating your valuable offering.

Let them know what they will receive from taking the time to attend and how it will change their lives for the better.

Know and understand what their pain is. When people know that you care about their pain and that you have moved through it to solve it for yourself and others, they will be more likely to come to you.

Tips:

  • Invite people to join you, make the invitation personal and warmly welcome people as they arrive
  • Provide great quality and value 
  • Communicate in various ways, people often need to see it a minimum of 6 times
  • Engage others to assist you in promoting your events as well

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Marketing is about them – it’s not about you.
