Your Words Matter

Did you know that the words you say to yourself regularly may be stopping you from the success you desire?

What if the difference between success and failure is just in the words you tell yourself?

Well, it’s true.

In fact, the thoughts that you have regularly become your beliefs.

You are programming your unconscious mind with these thoughts which are creating your beliefs. Your beliefs drive your behaviour and your behaviour creates your results.

Your words matter. Your words create your world.

Your words, especially when infused with strong emotion, become programs that run automatically in your unconscious mind.

So, start by paying attention to the words you use to describe yourself, your life and your business.

• What do you really, truly, deep down say to yourself that is negative?
• What words or phrases do you repeat over and over, both out loud and in your head?
• What negative thoughts are playing on automatic in your unconscious mind daily?

It’s time to reprogram your unconscious mind for success.

First, your unconscious mind doesn’t process negatives.

So, when you say “Sure, no problem” or “No worries” or “don’t worry” your unconscious mind is focused on the “problem” and “worries”.

When you think that about being shameless, fearless, debt free, unlimited, unstoppable, unbroken, your unconscious mind hears shame, fear, deft, limited, stop, broken.

When you say “don’t fall”, your unconscious mind hears that you want to fall.

So, in order to reprogram yourself for success, focus on the positive. State it positively.

Remove negative words and phrases in your language, instead focus on positive words and phrases.
